  • Unexpected String How do I solve the problem?

    So I have different scenarios for the different choices the reader will make, and this error occurs in one of the choices.

    The Unexpected string is "Glamorous" But i don't get what the error is.
    Someone help?

    } INT. DANCE STUDIO - DAY
    @HEATHER enters from left to screen left
    HEATHER
    (I'm the first one here..)
    (I should probably change into my dance outfit.)

    I look super cool and hip, like a hip hop diva ready to rock the stage!

    } else {
    HEATHER (dance4)
    I think this is really comfy and I wouldn't mind sweating in this attire!

    gain TRIED_DANCE_Hiphop

    You had some funny bracket stuff going on... Changes in red with notes:

    Code:
    INT. DANCE STUDIO - DAY <--- Did you mean to have an end bracket before this? I removed it, since I don't know what comes before and it seems a strange place for one. Replace it if I'm wrong.

      It looks like there are closing braces } where they shouldn't be. You need to make sure that your braces are balanced and come in pairs: One opening { and then one closing }.

      There were also some missing braces (highlighted in red).

      Code:
      INT. DANCE STUDIO - DAY
      @HEATHER enters from left to screen left
      HEATHER
      (I'm the first one here..)
      (I should probably change into my dance outfit.)

      label 1_1_dressinggame

      HEATHER (think)
      (What do I want to wear?)

      choice (dance_outfit)
      "Hip" {
      @HEATHER exits left
      @HEATHER changes into DANCE_Hiphop
      @HEATHER enters from left to screen left

      if (TRIED_DANCE_Hiphop) {
      HEATHER (dance4)

      ETA: Realised you wrote @HEATHER enters left to screen left.
      It should be @HEATHER enters from left to screen left.

          Why can't a label be a space? How do I fix it?
