    Can you help me with this? Where will i get a support ticket when i cannot access to episode.

    You need to get closer to your wifi or router or unplug it and plug it back in.

      I have the same problem too.I think I tried every possible way to make it open but its keep saying no internet connection.So sad

        pjane Nickson Dass try uninstalling and reinstalling the app! That usually solves issues

          You need to submit a ticket to https://pocketgems.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and tell them your problem. Usually their response is fast, and they are great at solving the problem.
