1 of My Tattoos aren't showing up in preview what do I do

So I have a floral heart chest tattoo and it shows up in the outfits with all the other tattoo’s but when I preview it. It doesn’t show up what do I do ?

I dont think you can have more than one tattoo on a person

Never works for me either, it depends on the tattoos which I use.
