There were 1000 characters, and each of them died in some way. Our task is to describe, how did it come to this, by substracting one from the number of person before us. Something like this:
Person 1: Character number 1000 tripped on the wire and fell from of stairs.
Person 2: Character number 999 drowned in a bathtub.
etc.
So, as for the beginning…
Character number 1000 choked on gristle while eating a chicken.
Character 999 tripped over a wooden log and fell down a cliff
Character 998 skipped past a large mirror, and slipped when taking a pause check their outfit
Character 997 tried to wrestle with a crocodile
character 996 tried to bungee without the rope
Character 995 tripped over his long beard and snapped his neck
Character 994 tried to catch character 996, didn’t manage to.
character 993 tried hugging a baby Hippopotamus while her mom was next to her 
Character 992 Drank way too much apple juice and died from arsenic poisoning
Character 991 slipped on spilled milk
Character 990 tried to drink the milk only to realise it was poisoned
Character 989 ate some pills and never woke up again
Character 988 used a fork to get his toast out of the toaster.
I did this when I was 7, not knowing it was dangerous but luckily I was carful and did not get hurt
Character 987 choked to death on a sandwhich.
Character 986 tried climbing the cat post but fell off
It was really high like 6 levels
character 985 choked on a m&m
He swallowed it incorrectly.
Character 984 died laughing
He deserved because he was laughing at my name.
Character 983; choked on their tongue
character 982 choked in their own spit
Character 981 has a mishap with a vicious dog.
