the Li’s friend/ second charge falling for the Mc’s friend or family member and having kids or getting married or moving in before the Li and Mc like each other. And then the Li and Mc start dating so there friend/ family member who’s dating each other must sacrifice there less toxic relationship so the Li’s friend/ second in command can take over for the Li and so that the Li and Mc can have there relationship.
(This is like 60-80% of Mafia stories)
