The problem is that it’s impossible to ban people from using our styles. It’s a lot more productive to teach them how to do it properly!

Awww…the idea alone of your family makes me super happy ^^

Thank you so much  My parents were both teenagers when they had me (16) but my grandparents worked to make sure I grew up right with the help of my parents, my parents and I moved into our own house 6 years ago, and 3 years later my parents had Jared! My life in a paragraph

It seems like a generalization tbh. I never, and I don’t know anyway who would bash these hairstyles on black people.

Just because you haven’t doesn’t mean others don’t. @SenchaStories Even said a story that happened to her based on her wearing the hair.

And I don’t think anyone is generalizing. You might feel that way but really, no one is.

Well, to me it sounds just the same as “let’s educate all men not to rape women, before they can speak to them, because some men rape women”.

What exactly do you guys mean when you say black culture? Not all of us belong to the same culture or do you mean all cultures that black people belong to?

I’ll say this. I’ll also say more black dominant cultures. Like Malians, Bantu, etc.

That’s not even it at all. If you want to take the time to take what we said in the wrong term then fine. I’ll let you be.
