Your best option would be Melanie, but even then, there’s no guarantee your request will be seen and even if it is seen, it takes a while for them to get assets released.

Side note, we got a nose stud and a bridge piercing a while ago. It’s not exactly what you’re asking for, but I’m sure you can make due with it.
