After bubble gum machine; getting negative shard

Attached are screenshots. I had won bonus shards and now any time I log in, I get gem notification and that amount is subtracted from my balance

I did. They don’t respond. But I have looked around - I m not the only one with this issue

I had the same issue I’m have so many negative shards it’s not even worth playing anymore.
