In some cases it will be negative and shows a sign of overweight, other times not so much.
A 5 years old see boobs and doesn’t link it to sexual things. Its an thing guys and adults do and they put it in children minds

Jeez girl. If I am a girl with big curves and a guy accidentally touch me I will think that its caused to my curves, so misunderstanding can happen also with cloths.
Don’t we do the same for man? Can a man go to the restaurant or to school shirtless ? No so a woman can’t too.
