The “follow me on Instagram” thing is called a splash.
It’s also called a splash if it says something like, “Turn up your volume!” or “This story contains mature content.” Basically just a background with words on it; usually tells you something related to the story but not always. Splashes are usually put at the start of an episode or at the end.
