For me… I think I like to read stories that is ALREADY published all chapters… 
But I guess some stories are worth waiting for… 
I personally think a story that is completed and just release episodes weekly or bi-weekly.
I couldn’t care less. I actually guess I prefer reading episodes that are unfinished, I guess it gets me excited and gives me something to look forward to. But I genuinely don’t mind.
I like to read a completed story, but if the author updates regularly, it would be fine by me.

I like reading completed stories, incomplete stories might never be finished and there’s no way of knowing. However, if it’s updated regularly then I don’t mind.
It depends. If I know the author updates regularly, I’ll start reading, although I usually wait until they have a few chapters. Other stories I might read the first episode (to see if I like it) and then save it to my favourites and wait until it’s complete before binging.
