this is exactly what happened to me I’m so sorry this has happened to you but I’m glad its not just me having this problem hopefully episode will fix it
I’ve sent a support ticket. They. Did. Nothing.
The Episode Team replied to my support ticket. It is a known issue which they are currently working on.
If characters- males disappear in app- yes, that’s happening to everyone. You need to click Update and then Restart.
This doesn’t happen to published chapters- readers see all characters.
