Am i the only one who prefers ink?

I prefer writing and reading in ink over LL. I don’t know if its just because I like the art style or because its just what I am used to. I also feel like a lot of new readers don’t even know what ink writing is. Its still big but its not as big and the recommended sections don’t feature ink stories anymore ( I am not sure if this is 100% factual its just what i have noticed.) I am not saying I don’t like LL I am just simply stating that I enjoy ink more. If you can recommend and really popular LL stories or ink i also need recommendations i am running out of stories to read.

My favourite stories in episode are in ink.
Here’s a list of them:

  1. Silhouettes by aprilish
  2. Cardigan Diaries by Kate Island
  3. The Difference Between by Ellaria Jameson
  4. Confessions of a 40 year old Bad Boy by Hanna K.M.

Happy reading!

Ink is my favorite too!! the animation and style is so cute  :blob_hearts: Ink style is my first love and I prefer reading Ink stories than LL even though I’m a LL author :see_no_evil: :green_heart: but I love all styles including classic :blob_hearts:

I like how LL characters and clothing look compared to INK as it is slightly more realistic and detailed. However, as a creator, I don’t like how the LL characters perform their animations. I’m not really sure what it is, but the characters just look awkward. Maybe because I joined before LL, but a lot of my favorite stores are in INK. I’m not sure what kind of genres you like but as for recommendations go, the only story I’ll ever recommend someone is Adrenaline just because of the advanced coding/editing skills. It’s a pretty popular INK story, so a lot of people have already read it. It’s still one of my favorites even though currently it’s being revamped.

I started reading Episode in Ink and it has always been my favourite style. There was even a time where I refused to read LL  Now, I enjoy both styles, but Ink has a special place in my heart!

It depends when I read an action drama or anything I love it people make overlays that match amazing with the style, but I also love LL. I don’t think you are the only one tho :relieved::two_hearts:

Same here, same here. I started to love LL later on, I had to use to it first. The first time I saw the LL it creeped me out a little. It overwhelmed me, because it was so real. I swore on INK and I didn’t like LL at all. But after a few times reading LL I started loving reading LL. Now, I like both. The only style that creeps me out now is Classic. With their creepy faces gives me nightmares. :scream:

I’ve been reading since before ink was introduced. When they did invent ink I hated it then I grew to love it the same with LL and now I prefer LL but I do occasionally read an Ink story.

I also love reading and writing in ink but the downfall of making an ink story is that people aren’t willing to read it as they want limelight. I don’t think I can ever properly move on from ink :frowning:

I don’t think that the actually style matters in this situation. There’s obviously many people who adore Ink and are Ride And Die Ink people. So no, you’re not the only one. Doesn’t matter what style, I’ll read it for the actually story. Even prefering Classic. Not the style itself.

Ink recommendation: The Secret of Rain

Well, I like ink but since I’m more accustomed to LL, I prefer that. Also, I write in LL. But yes, the ink animations are really good for some, like the awkward one- also the shrug one … but LL is – preferred by me.

I’ve started coding a story, and INK is easier in terms of animation from what I can tell (I haven’t explored LL thoroughly, however). And the way LL clothing is named is overwhelming because the names are…so…loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnngggggg.

But most of the stories I read are LL, even though I also love INK. LL definitely has amazing hair choices (and a wider variety of colors, at that), but INK is definitely fun and has a certain iconic meme vibe. There are also hairstyles here that I love!
