Hi!! I am personnaly French and have sometimes issues expressing myself in English while writing a story, it’s so frustrating! I don’t even know If some expressions that I use are modern,used (or actually exist lmao). So yeah! Am I the only one who has not English as his\her main language?? Tell me in the comments where you are from please I would like to know!!

That’s so cool! I think French is a beautiful language. I even tried to learn it, but gave up😖 some words did stick so when I watch a French movie and recognize a word I’m like “woah I know this!!!”

There are many authors who don’t speak English as a first language 
I know a lot of Polish ones because I’m also from Poland.
And I agree, when I write something in English it takes me literally ages because I constantly have to google something lol.

Bahamian over here, from The Bahamas, and I do speak English, but when it comes to writing, I often mess up but I do get help with proofread.
