hey! its been a hot minute since ive last read a romance story, since tbh they arent really my thing. but for some reason, i feel like reading one now. i tried reading a few popular stories from the romance community section, but they just reminded me of the reason i dislike romance. they were so cliché and i personally did not find them interesting. so perhaps one of you can let me know of a romance story thats so good that even a non-romance reader would like? tbh its pretty hard to explain what i like, but preferably something set in highschool? doesnt have to be tho. i do however love a good enemies to lovers, but it can be any other trope thats actually good. advanced directing would be really nice. any art style. preferably ink tho, but im fine with both limelight and classic as well. and pleaseeee do not recommend those cliché insanely popular stories bc theyre genuinely not my thing. also, the official genre doesnt have to be romance. for example it can be something like we are boundless by georgia sanders, its an adventure story with a touch of romance. also i love sad endings, so a rec with a sad ending would be appreciated. so if you know a story like this that makes you kick your feet and squeal in excitement, please let me know. thank you in advance <3
