So as someone who used to go through the IVY thread on a somewhat regular basis, I have a basic idea on what the app looks like. So then when I was scrolling in Stories You Love, I found a story which had the cover with The Maid, but the story doesn’t have anything to do with maids.
I’m not sure how this person got these covers, since they look high quality with decent looking titles, but whether or not they’re allowed to use the covers, these are taken from Episode itself. (At least recognising the Soccer and Fireman ones too)

No. These stories use covers of stories from another app. I just do my know if this is allowed or not
It would be easier if you labeled which screenshot is from Episode and which on is from ivy. Because it just looks like screenshots from the same app

And Episode approved them 
I legitimately have no idea if this would be allowed or not to be honest because it’s Pocket Gems’s art being used in Episode?

That’s main quandary. Even it is allowed though, it is weird since some of the stories use the original Edited covers as large covers. And they already look decent? I haven’t read the stories yet, but I don’t think the characters even match what the default appearances of the main characters in the story are
Also I just noticed that the cover titles have the same format of italicising the last word. Seems so monotonous
