Hi - I would like to have an intro of my story named DARK CLUB looking like a neon sign which blinks (ideally more letters blinking independently)…something like this:
I am using gimp (for simple things like cutting out overlays) and I know it is possible to make there the background and overlays but I dunno how 
Can anybody teach me how to do it?
