Animation & Dialogue Too Early

I change the background/scene and right after i want my character to enter and do an animation. While my character is entering she is doing the interaction and using dialogue.

This is an issue throughout my story, I decided to ignore it before but now its really getting annoying.

My Script:

INT.BEDROOM
@zoom reset
@zoom on 164 284 to 169% in 0

@ANGEL changes into ANGELTOWEL

&ANGEL enters from right to screen center

    ANGEL (flirt_smile_lookaway)
(Let's give Nathan a taste of what he was missing)

Change this to @ANGEL enters from right to screen center
