Animation doesn't "exist in all imitated body types"

Hi! So my character has the generic male body type but when I give him the run_loop animation episode says there’s an error in the script. The message says “Behavior run_loop may not exist in all imitated body types for imitating character CHARACTER NAME”. This has happened before with my other character as well but with different animations. Does anyone else has this problem or know how to fix it? :slight_smile:

I have had this problem too.
There were some times when I just used a different animation. Also I tried restarting the portal or trying to find the specific animation in animation catalog.
But I can’t reecall an animation named like this. :thinking:
Try animation run_athletic_loop

Alright, thank you SO much! :heart: I changed the running animation and now it works! But I have had the same problem with some other animations too :sneezing_face:

You’re welcome!
I always suggest you to use animation catalog. You can find one when you’re previewing your story.
It will be under the preview. Then you need to type for example “run” in search. It will show you different animations with running.
Also don’t try to use any stretch_pregnant animation for males. It won’t work. :sweat_smile:
And some animations are different for male and female. Even if there changes only 1 letter, it won’t work with both.

OMG i didn’t even know about that feature! :sweat_smile: :joy: That’s gonna make finding animations so much faster, THANK YOUU :sparkles: And i’ve actually had trouble with the pregnant animations. One of my characters is wearing a pregnancy shirt and i tried to use the idle_pregnant_rubbelly_happy_loop animation but it said the same things as it said about the running animation :thinking: Do you know why that might be?

I completely understand you. I didn’t know it at the start too. :joy:
You say it shows error?
Unfortunately I have the same problem. Episode haven’t fixed it yet. It only shows in some body types. But if you preview your story on the app it should work.

@Tory can you do something to fix this? :pleading_face:

Hahaha! :joy_cat: It says warning :smiling_face_with_tear: Do you know if you can publish an episode even with warnings? :sweat_smile: And yup, it works on the app! It even shows the animation on episode but it still sends the warning.

If it doesn’t shows as error, then of course you can publish it! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
Well as I said before episode haven’t fixed that yet. Just ignore that warning even if it’s annoying. :joy:
