have no idea how to do or make them walk around

This seems to be more of a question for Directing Help & Tips not the suggestions category.

Just treat them like you would any other character, except instead of using the @ use & to make them do their actions or walking.

Also, place them “back far left” or “back far right”, or use spot directing and layers to move them to the background.

Is there an easy way to create them or to code them?

There’s some crowd templates that Episode provides:
