When I’m reading a story, all characters cry the same. Doesn’t matter if they had a rough day or their mom died, it’s always this restrained, delicately-wiping-off-my-tears animation. I want ugly crying. I want covering-your-face-with your-hands-and-sobbing animations, even straight-up weeping. Something to up the drama a little. Different levels of tragedy call for different reactions.
Same goes for the kisses. It would be nice to have like a super-epic kiss, or a spur-of-the-moment kiss where one of the participants is surprised. Maybe even make out sitting or on the ground, for extra variety. Basically I just wish that every kiss would look different. They’re all very, very similar.
I support and agree with this all the way but it isn’t just the crying animations that we need more off the episode team need not to sound rude but there’s more that needs adding animation wise than just crying

We really need to see characters crying without trying to look pretty! Covering their face with their hands is PERFECT! Just look at the crying animations in Classic!

Yes! Kissing is a huge part of a majority of episode stories and having more kinds of kissing would make romance stories especially more visually interesting!
yeah i think crying while talking and sitting would be cool. because every cry i see looks either over dramatic or not quite right. i also would think it’d be cool to see an ugly cry.
oh, and crying while laying down would be cool too. these are just my opinionS… i agree with everything you said though.
