you could direct in how much time you want her to enter like

@LUCIE walks to spot 0.938 91 209 in 1 in 3 AND LUCIE is walk_exhausted_loop AND LUCIE faces right
@LUCIE is idle_exhausted_loop

or

@LUCIE walks to spot 0.938 91 209 in 1 in 3 AND LUCIE is walk_exhausted_loop AND LUCIE faces right
THEN LUCIE is idle_exhausted_loop

but the way you coded it was she walks and she walks this way and she is iddle because you only used the & command
you need to make her enter THEN/ @ do the idle
