What is this for? :
If your characters are talking you have to put them an animation so that they could move their hands and their mouth.
If they are scare you should put a scary animation. So that your story could be more realistic and more interesting 
From what I remember, the Add Animations button goes through your script and adds a character talking action to each line of dialogue that does not already have an animation partnered with it.
