Me reading through all of the arguments on this thread thinking that this would be a nice atmosphere:

Maybe not, but also maybe I want Episode to know, and maybe I want it to be shown that it’s okay to have different viewpoints. Not everyone has to support the same things.
That reminded me of a book I read, Love, Simon.
He was talking about how you never had to come out as straight. Why was it considered the ‘default’?
If your “different viewpoints” involve hating a minority for finally getting some representation, it’s not okay.

That was what I thought. Never actually saw the movie, just read the book, but I watched a good few clips (that one included).
I thought the book was much better than the movie, personally
