It was a joke. In those entries there were so many stories that were of the romance genre anyway, I’m just wondering if Episode will ever specify that it shouldn’t be a romance story to enter a contest. since they already have a million of them.

That’s what I’m saying. I agree with you. If Unexpected is in the title, why specifically put it in the romance section? It seems backward, but aye whatever.

Many cute stories can come from this contest. Although, I am still disappointed.

I was hoping for perhaps something different from many of the contests that have been at the forefront. I know the Romance genre is the most popular, but it can be limiting. Especially for those who have no interest in romance stories, which is many more people than you’d think. I guess I’ll forever be looking for a sci-fi or a horror contest.

Yay, I was waiting for them to introduce a new contest soon!!
Luckily I was thinking of a story with a sort of “unexpected” plot anyway so I’ll try use it for this contest!
