Another thing that is n't updating: TOTAL CHAPTER READS!

Hi guys, I don’t know what’s going on with my new story.
SALT AND SUGAR: BREAKFAST.
There are some errors in the zooms and in the direction of the characters’ place when someone reads the story.
Another thing that is not updating:
TOTAL CHAPTER READS!
Some friends read my new chapter but do not update the number on the writer’s website and the app doesn’t too. Anyone have problems too?

Sydney I have the same problem with all my stories.

I checked story reads with reading from my other devices, after I noticed not every read from my friends count.

Of course I sent a ticket to support.

But nothing was answered or resolved.
