Any Background/Overlay Artists Available (for free)? (I don't need one right now, but I just want to know in case I make a request later)

Just like the question says—I’m asking because I’m currently at work for my story and I wonder if any background and overlay artists are available so I’ll have them ahead of time before getting into coding my story (I’m planning it right now). Feel free to show me your examples!
