I’m not sure if you have tried it but SoundCloud is pretty good, since I’m broke af you can make a playlist on SoundCloud for free

What I do is before I leave the house whilst I get ready I play my playlist.
I use my data very quick and I found that if you listen to it before you leave the house you cane listen to it without data

Doesn’t work for me I need it too listen to music when my phone is off and have no wifi
