Yes, sometimes they even take two weeks or more to respond. 
Their response time greatly varies especially now because they’re going through entries, but since you’ve provided them with all of the information you possibly could, it’s likely they’ll approve the cover for you once they see your ticket unless your artist has traced or something (not saying they have, but sometimes that’s why they get rejected).
I don’t think you have anything to worry about though. 
I’m sure they’ll get to you within another week or so.
