Hey! I’ve been having trouble lately finding stories with a female lead that is powerful (not like superpowers, but confident and doesn’t have to be saved by a knight in shining armor). I have a feeling episode lacks these stories, I’ve already read Playing For Keeps (which I LOVE, I totally recommend it), and I would love something similar! Anyone know of any stories like this?

I think Iridecent (Ink) is a great representation of that. Vienna and Callan are soulmates and mortal enemies. Although they are soulmates, she doesn’t act like she needs him to live.

There’s a story called “pretty in red” it’s about gangs and a girl named Steph (Persephone)who is overcoming her demons and making a name for herself as becoming the most feared gang leader.She has the personality of a leader and is both physically and mentally strong.

Hello, So i saw your post and Im not sure what you would consider Strong? My MC has been called "weak" a lot of times for not standing up for herself, Against her abuser, However I feel My MC is not "Weak" I have been told by readers who read all the way to the end she is quite strong. I guess you could say there is a element of romance in there, But a man didnt save her?
