Hellooo! I’m getting really into the spotlight. Do you have any good story suggestions?
I’m also planning on writing a story in spotlight! Anyone want to review my script? Or be a potential writing partner?

@Ray_Edwin any suggestions? Asking because you love spotlight a lot and may know some really good stories that have this style 
I know of The Triangle and Amberose had one, but that’s all, I believe they had a contest for spotlight stories before so there’s some 
@jade.cherry was working on one I believe or I could be mistaken and maybe can provide cool stories

I recommend it. 
I can review it if you want. I can’t get give you directing tips because I’ve never written in spotlight before but I can give you feedback.

Unfrtunantly, Episode is lacking in good spotlight stories 
I wish I could be of more help. I am currently working on a few strories in spotlight (I’m only going to be writing in spotlight in the hope to encourage others to try it more) I do believe @Cee has a story in spotlight.

As far as recommendations with spotlight… I recommend really playing around with your zooms, pans timing, transitions ect… basically, be creative with your backgrounds and music… the goal of spotlight is (at least for me) is to have your writing be the main focus, all else is to simply emphasis the narration… (This is why I LOVE spotlight)

Now, with spotlight, there are drawbacks… because your narration and characters are the MAIN focus, this leaves less room for grammatical errors and character emotion mistakes… you really have to get the characters expressions just right… errors will stick out like a sore thumb

Yeah I agree, in Spotlight, there’s a lot of focus on narration. The style is awesome though and i know not everyone likes it, but it really is fantastic and some people need to give it a chance
