There really isn’t no advice in making story covers.
Unless you actually make them and someone gives you criticism or feedback on it.
Built here are some apps you can use.
Phonto- for adding fonts to your story cover
IbisPaint- to draw or edit.
Picsart- to edit and make it look more modern instead of empty.
