I had this issue for almost 2 months and after many tries of submitting a ticket, one agent was able to help me.

May I know what the staff do?

They asked me to completely log off from my browser, then disable all windows security on my desktop and before you able them again, log back into your account. This worked for me, however, not instantly. I had to wait for a bit before it did. (not long though)
