I’m not that great of a drawer but you could just use that as your picture.
I think that would be a thing called art theft.

Tracing someone else’s work could definitely be considered art theft under certain circumstances. @EpisodeTally if you have the written permission from the creator of the original image please PM me with the info. Thanks!
