Not a lot of artists can do drawn. Most have super long waiting lists or are inactive. The other option is commissioned. They take a bit longer because they make it perfectly tailored to you.

Edited is easy. There are lots of editors, you just have to choose what style you want.
You should probably include what pose you want to people know how difficult it is.

Guns are against the rules of episode, to have on the cover. You Can have them in your story but not on the cover

Sorry missed that part
You might have a little more success if you put all info, like the style (INK/LL), background and outfits, in the original post.
That way people who may be interested, see all of the info in one place, rather than searching the topic for it.
Plus, as you’re posting someone else’s art, you should either have their permission, or at least state who’s it is, and for people not to use. Sadly people will on occasion just save stuff they see and the artists hard work will then be used without their knowledge or permission.
