When I go into the app and try to press an author to look at their profile, nothing happens? Has anyone else had this problem?

I have this problem too. What i do to view it is press the three black circles next to the play button of the story then press author profile. You can try that.

i kept submitting tickets but all of you ignored. better off deleting this app forever.

Sorry to hear that. The tickets are worked on in the order they are received. Also, submitting multiple tickets is not advised as it will cause your tickets to go back of the queue which will make it take longer for the team to get to your original ticket. Hope you stick around for the wait :v:

You click on the three dots and then there’s the option to go to authors profile
