Ever since 6th grade I had midterms and finals
I just think that they are very stupid and a waste of time! Like we know they are comming but we never know untill like 2 days before and that’s not alot to review the whole unit! We also have projects to do and other stuff like sports and jobs so we barley have time for it. In general its alot to review units worth in information and then have to take multiple tests. Like it stresses me out and I really don’t want to do it. I have trouble staying quiet and still and I know that’s no excuse but I feel like they are just doing too much. Overall its a pain the the ass and I hate having to do it every year! Am I the only one who is annoyed by these extra tests?

As a person who hates testing and midterms/finals give me pure anxiety I don’t think they’re a waste of time. It does stress many out (including myself) but I feel like it’s good to see where your standing point is in the understanding of the subject for that semester (or trimester like me 
) I feel like if you weren’t graded for it, and it didn’t really affect your grade drastically and it was used to just see how much you understand/have progressed it’s very useful. Hopefully, that makes sense

I get that part! I also agree with the grading part bc I’m horrible at tests but everything else I do really well at. The environment stresses me out and I can’t focus.

Definitely and I find it unnecessary ( at least for me ) for the testing to be over two hours most of the time, it’s so time-consuming and makes the stress even worse

School is a waste of time period. 
The only reason why I go, is bc I wanna go to college and be successful.
