Anyone else's backgrounds not uploading?

Any backgrounds I try to upload are just not going through. Anyone else having the same issue?

This happened with an overlay, I uploaded it and it said “succes” but it didn’t appear, I just refreshed:) have you tried refreshing?

A few times yeah but it didn’t work.
