When I open the app all my stories in the favorites section were gone. Then I closed it and opened it again and now it’s stuck on the start screen. I deleted the app and downloaded it again but it’s still not working. I tried to submit a ticket to the support team but I don’t get what the support ID is. Does anyone know what they mean with “support ID”?

Borrow someone’s phone or (if you were using an android phone) download Bluestacks on your laptop. Use your username and password to log in. Write down your support ID in settings once your in. Contact support with the support ID.
