I made a topic like this months ago and hoped it’d resolve itself but it still kicks me out the Episode app whenever I reset my story progress
Anyone have a fix to this? Ive contacted Episode months ago and they weren’t any help and said it could resolve after they release their next update, and of course it hasn’t
I’ve experienced this as well, and I submitted a support ticket about it, and then Episode later fixed it. But, if you’re having this problem, then I suggest that you submit a support ticket about it.
I did send one to them when it first happened, but they kept suggesting the next update they released would fix it, but it never did- do you know what Episode did to fix yours?
Thanks for the tip I’ll give it a go but only reason I dislike using it is because it makes my macbook overheats and it sounds like a helicopter about to take off
Idk that you’re allowed to share their responses publicly. You might want to re-read the bottom of the email to make sure you won’t get in trouble for it.
I haven’t used the app in months so it sucks that this is an issue. Hopefully they’ll figure it out soon.
