Hi.
My app Episode don’t load when my phone is connected to my wifi. It goes very slow and finally have a messagge error “Timed out. The connection timed out. Please retry to connect to the server.”
When my phone is connected to my data (without wifi) the app load perfectly.
Any suggestion?

Sounds like a connection issue with your wifi. I usually shut down and restart my phone when that happens. 
Something else you could try would be resetting your router, but I wouldn’t do that unless you have the permission and/or assistance of whoever handles the wifi in your area. 
If nothing else works, then you might need to submit a help ticket to our support team. They’re always happy to help
