I love playing Maple Leaf Rag by Scott Joplin, it’s so lively and energetic (I love ragtime!) Also trying my luck with Chopin’s minuten waltz (rlly hard but really good too!) and I’m thinking about learning Fantasie Impromptu - gonna be a nightmare to learn but it’s an absolutely beautiful piece! 
Big fan of some Bach pieces as well, but more of his Cello suites than his piano pieces.
