Well if you want some artists , Try making a hiring topic too 
many artists will want to be A part of your shop too!!
have an introduction, rules, examples, forms to fill out, and maybe a waitlist too :>
Banners make the shop more eye-catching when clicked by a user, but it’s up to you if you want to include it.
it’s okay to hire artists, but it’s also alright to be solo! (I’m personally a part of a solo art shop and I got requests hehe)
