Help! From all Artists!

Hello, everyone! I’m having trouble in finding a shading style and others are too. How do draw skin do perfectly? What brushes do you use? How do you have good quality. These are questions that some of us artists are wanting to ask others. But, some of us are a little shy. Here, I’d like to know, everything. • What shading technique do you use? • Apps you use? • What inspires you to keep on drawing? And Etc. What can you’d to help other artists improve?
