Dry shampoos are essentially a spray form of baby powder, clay, baking soda etc. and are perfectly safe for you hair. I love Klorane, Living Proof’s Perfect Hair Day, and Batiste for a budget queen.
You’re fine, if I was annoyed by questions I wouldn’t have made a whole ass thread asking people to ask me questions, ask as many questions as you can think of whenever you think of them.

Make sure you’re using the correct heat protector (wet for wet hair, aerosol for hair that’s already dry, if you use a heat protector that is wet on dry hair and it’s making your wet wait for it to dry). The temperature or setting you should be using depends on your hair and there’s usually instructions on your heat tool packaging, if your hair is fine or damaged (chemically treated) below 300 is best, if your hair is thick, coarse or really curly 300 - 450 is the way to go. The technique is also important, you can be more successful at a lower temperature if you use a heat proof comb or brush, anything to keep the hair taught and straight in front of your flat iron, that’s the key to how professional stylists achieve pin straight hair.

The correct order is always shampoo then condition, I’m not sure about hair masks it depends on the mask and your hair, fallow the instructions, if you’ve gone too long between washes and your hair is starting to get funky that’s when you would employ a dry shampoo it’s a separate product from your in shower routine.

Again it depends on the product, I typically say exfoliation is a once a week thing but I push for a chemical exfoliator over something physical like sugar scrubs or beads or god forbid walnuts. Same with masks, it depends on the mask, what’s in it and what you’re using it for.
When you say style do you mean the cut or how you wear your hair?
Those strips are terrible and I would never suggest putting makeup on blackheads (clogged open faced pores do not need more pore clogging products). Try adding a cleanser with salicylic acid to your beauty routine, salicylic acid is really good at breaking down the dirt, oil and dead skin cells clogging your pores. Make sure you’re moisturizing, using a good SPF (at least 30), and keep consistent, you gotta wash every day twice a day for at least 60 seconds. A steamy towel before hand wouldn’t hurt and neither would a mask or chemical exfoliator once a week. Tell me your skin type and your budget and I’d be happy to suggest some products.
Eye pencils just need to be sharpened to be sanitary, make sure the layer that touched your eye is completely sharpened off and you’re golden, babe. If you would prefer a separate applicator try gel liner, take a bit from the pot with a tissue or q-tip, cotton ball etc., apply with a brush and bingo bango, no cross contamination for you.
