Strawberry skin - which can refer to open pores clogged with bacteria, sebum, dirt and dead skin cells (the usual suspects) and/or the over production and build up of keratin in hair follicles crating hard bumps - is actually called keratosis pilaris. The best ways to treat it are to epilate or wax instead of shaving, which is what typically causes those dark little dots, and to use a body wash with glycolic and/or salicylic acids.

I get strawberry skin on my upper arms and legs too and these are the products that have worked best for me :

BumpKlear Bumpy Skin Wash -this is what I use but it sells out fast so if you can’t get you hands on it suitable alternatives include:
SAL3 Salicylic Acid Sulfur Soap Bar - Special Wash
CeraVe Salicylic Acid Body Wash
Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash with Salicylic Acid

I use the special body wash every other day, you might want to start once or twice a week because it can be really strong especially if your skin is sensitive, and pack on tons of lotion after because it will dry out your skin.

For epilation I use the Panasonic Cordless Versatile Wet/Dry Shaver & Epilator but the Panasonic Wet/Dry Epilator and the Philips Beauty HP6401/50 epilators are also good options, the last one is best for a tighter budget or if you just want to try epilating and don’t want want to spend 100$ on something you don’t know you’e going to want to do.

Other than Cocoa butter, which yields very mild results, the only way I know to for sure eliminate stretch marks and cellulite is plastic surgery and/or weight loss.
