I don’t know what happened, but I suggest reloading the chapter.

If that’s done and still a no-go, check your story via the app. If it has a problem there send a support ticket to Episode.

Yeah, I reloaded it and it’s still the same. When I preview on my phone, everything works perfectly. I don’t understand what’s wrong… :slightly_frowning_face:

Maybe try to use the app previewer for now. Portal seems to glitch alot this time…

Yeah, I was trying to track down the “mistake” through the app previewer, but I can’t seem too… This is so annoying.

No error… That’s what’s weird. Just the messages I sent up there.

Okay, it’s a wild guess but probably your computer’s cache is full. I think the error message on top of the Web previewer says something like “not downloaded for chapter”

Oh my god, yes! Last time a similar error happened to me and Episode asked me to do the same! Thank you! :heart_eyes:
