All of my custom backgrounds and overlays have been approved. I got emails for them, and when you look at “uploaded to your account,” they all say approved, not in review. However, when I go into the episodes, some still say they aren’t approved and so I can’t publish it. Is it a glitch? Does it just need more time?
Try deleting the line that has that background, and then typing in that line again. It worked for me when I had this issue

Just pressing the save button fixes that for me.

You have to go into the episodes you have them in and click save again
