Background editing help

Hello! :strawberry:
Unfortunately Iā€™m not very good at editing backgrounds :sweat_smile: so I was wondering if someone could help me edit

this:

I would like it to be edited so the background looks like evening/night time rather than day time and the advertisements on right hand-side windows to be removed. Thank you so much in advance! If you do edit the background, please provide me something which I can credit you by (e.g. Instagram preferably) :heavy_heart_exclamation:

P.S. If anyone has any interior train backgrounds which are set in both night and day time, Iā€™d appreicate that as well (:
