Background select problems

Hi !
I’m new to all of this and i want select background kitchen, but i can’t because:

" Your image must be at least 640 pixels wide and 1136 pixels tall. If you aren’t sure how big your image is, just select an image and we’ll tell you if it isn’t big enough."

Can You help me ? here is the picture I want :

your background looks like it needs 3 zones, so go to a website called Simple Image Resizer and put in 1920 x 1136 and upload this photo, and resize it! that will work
